How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, please follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number.

My shipping address was typed incorrectly.

If there is ever a problem with your bag, we would much rather fix it than replace it. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty. Find out more about this service here.

Do you offer personalisation?

We will soon offer exclusive personalisation services on all Thread and Tonic items. Follow us to find out when.

What currency can I pay in?

The currency on the site is set automatically, based on your location. If you would like to change the currency, please use the drop-down list.
