Delivery
We know you're keen to receive your new purchase as soon as possible, so all items will be dispatched within 1 day of purchase. If you order before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same day.
We're pleased to say that all Standard Deliveries are free and if for some reason your item doesn't work out, we offer a 100-day return policy.
All items will be shipped from our UK distribution centre, where our team is trained to wrap all orders with care in recycled packing materials. You can find out more about our packing materials here.
Despatch days are from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
UK DELIVERY
2-day tracked delivery = Free
24-hour express = £5 (Free on all orders over £100)
EU & IRELAND DELIVERY
Standard tracked delivery = Free
Express (1-2 working days) = £10 (Free on all orders over £150)
US DELIVERY
Express (2-3 working days) = £20
(Free on all orders over £250)
INTL. DELIVERY
Express (2-4 working days) = Calculated at checkout (Free on all orders over £200)

Exchanges
Exchanges will be offered for all orders returned to us within our extended 100 day returns period. Postage costs in both directions will be covered by Thread & Tonic.
